Digi2Cloud reserves the right to postpone or cancel the training program 14 calendar days before the start of the program.

  • Cancellation can be made by e-mail no later than 30 calendar days before the start of the training program.

  • If the cancellation is made less than 30 calendar days before the start of the training program, the entire training fee is due.

  • If you are not satisfied with a product or service, please contact our customer service team without hesitation. Our customer advisors are there for you and will be happy to deal with your concerns. In order to process your complaint in the best possible way, please inform us within 14 days of the incident.

The registration procedure for degree-related
offers:

- Go to the company website
and open: https://digi2cloud.ch/

- Click on the Program Details button
to select the training program.

If it contains a date, the training program is on offer.

- Click on the button below (Register now
) to register for the program.

- After registration, the
shopping cart at the top right is filled with the program.

- Click on Continue to checkout at
on the left so that the interested party can make a binding registration.

- You have to fill in your
personal details.

- On button Order subject to payment
.

- D2C then receives a
registration email (order with a unique order number) from the
interested party at info@digi2cloud.ch.

- The person interested in
will also receive a registration e-mail (order with a unique
order number) at info@digi2cloud.ch.

- In response from D2C, a
appointment is arranged with the interested party, instructor and trainer by email
so that D2C can introduce the interested party.

The purpose is that D2C briefly checks the interested party to see whether it
fulfills the participation requirements.

Participation requirements are posted on the company website
under the registered program. 

- If the interested
fulfills the participation requirements, participation will be confirmed and payment of the participation fees will be requested from
by invoice (by email).

- If the interested
pays the fees, he will receive confirmation with all the details of the program
(content, participation technical requirements, instructions, name of the trainer, etc.).

- D2C reserves the right to cancel the
program 14 days before the start, especially if less than 8
participants register for the program. 

- The interested party may also unsubscribe from
30 days before the start of the program. See the
